Vinci Concessions-Fayat consortium inked a €166 million deal to construct a stadium in Bordeaux.
As per this deal, which will cover 30-year from commissioning date of the stadium, Vinci Concessions-Fayat consortium will be responsible for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of multi-functional new Bordeaux stadium. This stadium will have capacity of 40,000 sits for UEFA Euro 2016.
Besides this, municipality and FC Girondins de Bordeaux football club also inked a deal, under which the Municipality will offer the stadium to the club.
The project will cover a total investment of €219 million. Vinci Facilities will perform repairs and maintenance work of new stadium.
