UNITED ARAB EMIRATES : Musanada awarded Management Consultancy contract to Parsons

Abu Dhabi General Services PJSC (Musanada) awarded a project management consultancy (PMC) contract to Parsons for the infrastructure at Shamkha South, located about 12km west of Abu Dhabi International Airport.
The contract demands Parsons to carry out PMC for Shamkha South’s infrastructure, including roads, streetlighting, road marking, signage, and traffic signals; water distribution networks, reservoirs, and pumping stations; wastewater collection networks and force mains, including significant quantities of micro-tunneling; power distribution networks and substations; and storm drainage networks.
Presently, Musanada is managing the delivery of about $1.9bn development to offer utility-serviced plots for the future Emirati Local Housing Development.
Musanada’s CEO H.E. Mohammed K. Al Mehairi, said “The announcement of such a strategic partnership is a testament of our commitment to support the government in providing the people of Abu Dhabi with the best quality of life in line with its aim to become one of the top five governments of the world.\"
