SINGAPORE : TA Corporation wins S$271m construction contracts

Real estate company TA Corporation, with its wholly-owned subsidiary Tiong Aik Construction Pte Ltd, has secured two new construction contracts worth around S$271 million from Allgreen Properties and its subsidiary.
The deal worth S$231 million is for a proposed condo development at Upper Serangoon Road, and the other one is for a planned condo project at West Coast Road totaling, which is worth S$40 million.
According to the company, construction work on both the projects are likely to start early next year. Both the deals are not likely to affect its net tangible assets and earnings per share for this financial year which would end on 31 December 2011.
