UNITED STATES : Kratos Defense & Security Solutions unit secured a $2.4 million contract

A National Security Solutions provider, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., has said that its subsidiary Herley Industries, Inc. has secured a $2.4 million contract for supporting some international missile defense move.
As per the deal, Herley will be responsible for supplying complex Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs) to an international defense customer. These are to be utilised in the ground stations of critical missile defense systems.
The company has not revealed any further details of the deal.
Richard F. Poirier, President of Herley, said, “We are extremely pleased to see the continued growth and utilization of Herley technology and components in systems used by both the U.S. military and by our international allies. This work will be performed in our Israel operation and my congratulations go to Yonah Adelman, General Manager, and the entire Herley Israel team.”
