VANUATU : VANUATU acquires $11 million loan for advancement of port

With an $11 million loan from the Asian Development Bank, Vanuatu is ready to improve its port abilities and shipping services to remote islands.
Wharves in Vanuatu are in bad condition, with postponements and protection problems not rare either, said the ADB.
The loan acquired will help to improve jetties for Vanuatu\'s outer-islands, plus a mid inter-island terminal in Port Vila.
