EGYPT : OCI Secures a contract for civil work worth US$100 million in Egypt

Egypt\'s Orascom Construction (OCI) has secured a contract for civil work worth US$100 million at an electricity plant which is undergoing construction in southern Egypt.
The work is included in a $300 million civil projects package secured by OCI, France\'s Vinci and Egypt\'s Arab Contractors from Egypt\'s Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry.
The 32 megawatt hydropower facility, alongside the Nile in Assiut, should reach completion in 2017.
