SINGAPORE : Tiong Seng bags S$151m residential contract

Mainboard-listed Tiong Seng Holdings Limited on Monday announced that it has secured a residential contract worth $151 million.
Under the contract, Tiong Seng will develop a 17,700 sqm site with a gross floor area of 53,100 sqm. It will comprise a total of 622 homes ranging from one to four-bedroom units and luxurious penthouse units.
This is the company\'s second contract win in a span of three weeks.
To date, the company\'s contract wins amount to about S$632 million and includes developments such as Waterway Terraces I and II and The Glyndebourne.
Tiong Seng is principally engaged in building construction and civil engineering in Singapore, as well as property development in the PRC.
