SAUDI ARABIA : Hail Cement Company gets $31.5 million housing project in Saudi Arabia

Hail Cement Company obtained $31.5 million housing for Civil Construction in Saudi Arabia.
The company has obtained this deal under a joint venture with Teberak Trading and Contracting Company and Mo B. Co.
As per this deal, Hail Cement Company will accomplish employee housing project, which is situated alongside the cement plant in Turbah nearly 220km north of Hail. The construction of first phase will be finished in 11 months, while second, third and fourth phases will be finished in 14 months, 16 months and 18 months, respectively.
The housing campus is nearly 80,000 m2, of which the built up area is 45,000m2, covering 19 Villas, 120 apartments for families, 108 single rooms for bachelors, a building of 12 studios for guests and two buildings of 24 studios for supervisors. The project will have various amenities such as two separate recreation halls for men and women, a mosque, playground for children, swimming pool, basketball court, supermarket, laundry and barber.
