MALAYSIA,VIET NAM : SapuraAcergy gets $100 million deal from Subsea 7

SapuraAcergy, Malaysia based leading engineering and construction contractor, obtained nearly $100 million deal from Subsea 7.
This deal is for subsea construction work off Vietnam. Under this deal, SapuraAcergy will deploy 28 kilometres of 12-inch-diametre pipeline with the same length of umbilical.
SapuraAcergy will also be responsible to implement pipeline end termination systems and subsea isolation valve structures in addition to spools and pre-commissioning work.
The offshore work is likely to start around the middle of 2012.
