Kratos Defense won a $40 million contract for work at a space and naval warfare center in Pacific county.
The contract comprises a 1-year base time with four 1-year options.
The firm said it will offer engineering and technical support for command, control and communications programs for the command center in the Pacific. Services could consist of testing and evaluation, software quality guarantee, and website maintenance.
The majority of the work done by Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc. is done on military bases for clients comprising the Defense Department and intelligence agencies.
