LEBANON : ACC wins US $90 million contract for refurbishment of The Nile Ritz-Carlton project

For the extensive renovation of The Nile Ritz-Carlton, a contract worth US $90 million has been granted to Arabian Construction Company (ACC).
The refurbish includes working on the interior, mechanical electrical works and plumbing to revise the 13-story hotel that stretches to about 64,000m sq in area.
In 1959, the 370-room milestone was constructed along the coast of the Nile and is surrounded by downtown Cairo. Misr Hotels who is a subsidiary of The Holding Company for Tourism, Hotels and Cinema possess it.
From 1968, the ACC has been operations and have constructed other luxury hotel projects such as Emirates Palace Hotel, Princess Tower, Etihad Towers and the Rotana Hotel Tower Amman which is the tallest building in Jordan.
