UNITED STATES : Lockheed Martin to construct a new 41.5MW biomass power plant

Lockheed Martin selected by Mustus Energy for the construction of new 41.5MW biomass power plant in Alberta, Canada.
Mustus is carrying out the project in La Crete and it is expected to produce power to more than 30,000 Canadian homes.
Lockheed Martin will help Mustus in acquiring materials, equipment and services and also in the building of the power plant.
By the fall of 2013, the plant is expected to be operational and supply base-load electricity to Alberta grid.
