AUSTRALIA : MAXSEC bags $1.3 million smart card supply contract

According to Proactive Investors Australia, MaxSec Group has been awarded a $1.3 million smart card contract with the Commonwealth of Australia.
Awarded through MaxSec’s wholly owned subsidiary BQT solutions, the bond comprises the delivery of 6,000 smart card readers to the Australian Government by the end of June 2012.
The BQT Solutions brand focuses in access control systems, biometric and Mifare and Desfire smart card technology plus customized solutions.
