RUSSIAN FEDERATION : RIKO secures €100 MILLION COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

The €100 million complex construction will be carried out by the Slovenian civil engineering company Riko. The complex includes a five-star Kempinski Hotel, apartments and offices in the Belarus capital Minsk.
Moscow-based studio SPEECH LCC designed the complex and deadline for the construction of Kempinski by end of 2013 and entire compound by 2014 was set by investor Elite Estate JLCC.
From its own resources half of the money for the construction will be secured and the remaining will be funded by a nternational consortium of banks loan.
€48 million loan will be provided by banks which is headed by Slovenia\'s No 1 bank NLB to the bank Sberbank Belorusija.
40 percent of the construction of the hotel business will go to Slovenian companies, 15 percent to Belarus companies ant the remaining to companies from other countries.
