United Arab Emirates : GuardREC AS signed major contract for Abu Dhabi ACC and EACC

GuardREC AS, a subsidiary of Hatteland Display AS, has signed a contract with Abu Dhabi-based GCAA to deliver a guardREC redundant digital recording solution for use at the Area Control Centre (ACC) and the emergency Area Control Centre (EACC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The guardREC ATC recording solution is a flexible and reliable solution, specifically designed for the ATC market to support all relevant requirements and regulations. The guardREC ATC recording solution sets a new standard in the ATC-market and confirms that the recorder platform is built for the future by introducing new state-of-the-art features and functionalities.

The redundant recording solution at Abu Dhabi ACC will support recording and synchronous replay of 258 audio channels, 32 screens, 8 radar feeds and 15 CCTV cameras. The solution at Abu Dhabi eACC is nearly identical to the solution at the Abu DhabiACC.
