SRI LANKA : “Syndicate Loan” worth Rs. 7.5 BILLION secured by SAMPATH BANK

With the help of Syndicate Loan worth Rs. 7.5 billion, Sampath Bank Plc concluded a successful fund raising.
For US$ 30 million the syndicate was opened and the loan was oversubscribed over twofold and $ 62.5 million was the closing price.
This is the second venture carried out by Sampath Bank. The amount secured will be used to achieve forecasted asset growth of Sampath Bank.
