Technics Oil and Gas Limited on Monday said its 51 per cent-owned subsidiary, Norr Systems Pte Ltd, has secured $10.5 million worth of turnkey construction and service contracts.

Under the contracts, Norr Systems will design, engineer, procure and manufacture, and supply of ship automation (Hydraulic and Electrical equipment). The vessels are scheduled for completion in FY2012.

Norr Systems will also supply equipment including main engines and all auxiliary equipments onboard vessel as well as provision of project management on site to deliver quality vessels to the owner.

Additionally, it will provide service contract

for maintenance and servicing for the subsequent seven years after completion of the turnkey contracts.

These contracts are expected to have positive material impact on the earnings per share for the financial year ending September 2012.
