Singapore: 2 Executive Condominium Sites For Tender

The Housing Board will launch the tender of two Executive Condominium (EC) housing sites in Sengkang and Yishun, giving households with monthly incomes of up to $10,000 more housing choices. These sites - at Compassvale Bow (Sengkang E6) and Yishun Avenue 11 (Yishun E3) - can offer up to 900 units.
Eligible first-timers who buy new ECs can also apply for a $30,000 CPF housing grant, said the HDB in a statement. The two land parcels, under the Confirmed List of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, will be open for tenders.
The tender for Sengkang E6 will close on March 4, and the tender for Yishun E3 will close on March 11. EC developers will have to set aside 95 per cent of the flats for first-timers during the first month of sale; and second-timers buying new ECs do not need to pay any resale levy.
