Sage, the market leader in cloud business management solutions shared at Sage Enterprise Management Partner Summit in Seville, a new customer and partner story. Celebrating their collaboration, the audience learned how Sage business partner SynergERP, supported AutoTrader.co.za to transform its business from paper based to a digital organisation. Helping them to make significant cost and productivity savings with Sage Business Cloud.

After a competitive procurement process, AutoTrader.co.za selected SynergERP to implement Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management as a platform across their business, and to help them manage back office to customer facing functions across financials, sales and contract delivery.

Sage Enterprise Management helps businesses deliver a more commercially efficient operation with better finance, procurement and business intelligence capability. Giving greater access and control over information to deliver better more informed reporting - significant for AutoTrader.co.za who handle a high volume of transactions and have under gone a business transformation, moving from a weekly print publication to entirely online.

In addition, as a weekly print publication AutoTrader.co.za had to report back to the business regularly, with no easy way of pulling monthly reports. Sales administration was managed through a paper-based billing and invoicing system which was incredibly time consuming.

To help overcome this challenge, as well as implementing Sage Enterprise Management, SynergERP wrote a custom front- end web-based system to make it very easy for the sales team to create bespoke reports and move to electronic billing and invoicing, freeing up a great deal of sales administration time and thereby creating cost-efficiencies in the back-office function
