France : TECHNIP secures $790 MILLION subsea contract from BP PLC

Technip has received a major subsea contract valued at $790 million from BP plc.
As per the contract, Technip will build up infrastructure for the BP plc’s subsea Quad 204 project in U.K.’s North Sea.
“We are investing in North Sea assets with growth potential. The re-development of the Schiehallion and Loyal fields are a key part of this. We look forward to working with Technip UK to deliver what is one of the UK’s largest ever subsea installation contracts,” said Trevor Garlick, Regional President BP plc North Sea.
