Singapore : Ezion secures US$80million 4-yr charter contract

Ezion Holdings Limited on Wednesday said it has secured a charter contract worth US$80 million over a four-year period, to provide a service rig to be used by a national oil major to support its oil and gas activities in Central America.
The service rig will be deployed in the Sonda de Campeche field after its refurbishment and upgrading, expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of the year.
The latest charter contract win is not expected to have a material impact on the group\'s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2012.
