Power Finance Corporation Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited has transferred its owned Subsidiary namely \"Nagapattinam-Madhugiri Transmission Company Limited to \"Power Grid Corporation of India Limited\".
The Subsidiary was incorporated for the development of Independent “Transmission System associated with IPPs of Nagapattinam / Cuddalore Area- Package A”.
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited was the successful bidder which was selected through the \"Tariff based Competitive Bidding Guidelines for Transmission services\" issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India.
