The government has adopted single rules for the deployment of telecommunication networks and the access of providers to the infrastructure of houses.
The approved decisions are aimed at the implementation of Directive 2002/19 / EC on access to electronic communications networks and related equipment. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Gennady Zubko, commenting on the adoption of the relevant government resolutions.
"We are in the process of placing telecommunication networks in buildings (both in already constructed and new construction) according to EU standards. We establish transparent rules of interaction between the owner and the provider, we deregulate the conditions of access of providers to the consumer ", - said Gennadiy Zubko.
According to him, it concerns the placement, modernization, operation and maintenance of telecommunications facilities and the procedure for interaction between the owner of the infrastructure of the construction object and the customer of access (providers).
In particular, the order of the customer's request to the owner of the infrastructure for obtaining access to the infrastructure of the house distribution network (BRM), the term for the development and issuance of the technical conditions for access, the procedure for the development and approval of the project documentation, the terms of the contract and terms of its termination, the procedure and terms of termination of use elements of the BRM infrastructure, dismantling of telecommunication equipment, placed without a contract on access to the BRM infrastructure, etc.
