St. Lucia's economy depends primarily on revenue from tourism and banana production, with some contribution from small-scale manufacturing. The other major agricultural products are coconuts, cocoa and other citrus. Other naturally available resources in Saint Lucia are minerals like pumice, forests, mineral springs, sandy beaches and geothermal potential. The industrial activities include beverage manufacturing, coconut and lime processing, manufacturing of corrugated cardboard box, clothing, and electronic components manufacturing. Tourism is the major source of income and the industry is the island's biggest employer.
