United States : National Instruments secures deal for Engineering Software, Hardware from NASA

National Instruments Corporation has bagged a deal from NASA to offer system design software and measurement and control systems hardware while consolidating the procurement of agency end-user software licenses.

This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity deal with provisions for firm-fixed delivery/task orders that includes of a one-year base period and four one-year options.

The period of performance would be commenced Sept. 30, 2015 with a possibility to end Sept. 27, 2020 and total value of $37.7 million.

The Enterprise License Management Team would administer the deal at the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) at Stennis Space Center in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

The NSSC executes select business activities for all NASA centers.
