United Kingdom : Milestone JV Nexstar, Procurement International inks 1-Year Deal

A 1-year deal has been inked by Milestone Group PLC`s joint venture vehicle with Black Cactus Holdings Pty Ltd, 'Nexstar' with Procurement International Ltd.
The deal is to offer a technology platform to alleviate the acquisition and distribution of digital content to their loyalty and rewards customers. Milestone has a 51% stake in Nexstar.
Through this deal, Procurement would be allowed to leverage Nexstar's products and services, with an initial focus on the Nexstar HD Player. It would also offer new opportunities for Procurement to back up a broader range of promotions and other marketing activities in the UK and throughout Europe.
It is anticipated by the firm that Nexstar could earn turnover of around 4 million pounds + p.a. as a result of the deal, but yet there is no certainty as to the revenues or margins, which would be earned.
