Poland : Port of Gdansk launches new tender for attractively located areas

The Port of Gdansk has released a new tender for the following attractively situated areas in the Outer Port in the hinterland of the presently expanding DCT container terminal, PERN oil terminal, dry bulk cargo terminal of the Northern Port and the soon to be built new OT Logistics deepwater bulk terminal.
The tender's object is 7 adjacent plots with a total area exceeding 45 hectares, of which the smallest is less than 2 hectares, while the largest - over 12 hectares.
The indisputable advantage of all this property are its excellent transport connections by road as well as by rail.
Value will be added for many by the direct closeness to the dynamically expanding Pomeranian Logistics Centre - presently the largest since it has half a million m2 of warehouse space, the national logistics project, and the so-called buffer parking zone planned nearby by the municipality.
